We recommend committing for a minimum of 12 weeks to truly experience the full benefits of MTN Bespoke Coaching. That said, there are no contracts, so you can cancel at any time — we just ask for 14 days’ notice to wrap things up properly with your coach.

If after your first few weeks you feel it’s not the right fit, just let us know. We’ll pause or cancel your coaching, no hassle, no pressure. We’re here to help — not trap you in something that doesn’t serve you.
We can’t guarantee results — because that part is a team effort. But what we can guarantee is that your coach will show up 100% with the tools, guidance, and support you need to succeed. If you match that energy, your results will follow. If you follow everything we suggest to the letter and don't see results - we'll refund your first payment, no questions asked! All coaches deliver the full Bespoke Elite Coaching service — the only difference is their experience level within the MTN Coaching brand. Senior Coaches have been with us 6+ months and have delivered the MTN Bespoke Coaching service repeatedly with high success rates. Head Coaches are our most experienced team members who’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their physiques - they are also on hand to help all other coaches. So think about working with MTN Bespoke Coaching as gaining access to 10+ expert coaches, not just 1.
Nope! While many clients train at a gym, we can absolutely create a powerful plan that works at home, outdoors, or with minimal equipment. Just let your coach know what you have access to and they'll build your plan surrounding this.
That’s real life — and exactly what coaching is for. Your coach will help you navigate those moments, adapt your plan, and build a routine that works even when things get hectic. We don't expect you to diet on holiday - we just expect you to make things work AROUND your holiday - we'll help you plan for this.
