David is the founder and one of the Head Coaches at MTN Coaching. He’s been coaching for the last 8 years and has established himself firmly as one of the best transformation coaches in Scotland. Results are at the forefront of David’s coaching all whilst ensuring clients enjoy their coaching experience and can use the knowledge they gain for life. He prides himself on building great long term relationships with many of the clients he works with.

Ryan is one of MTN’s Head Coaches. He’s been in the industry for over 8 years now and over the last 3 years has really left his mark on the Scottish fitness industry by helping to create some world class transformations. His no bullshit approach to training and nutrition is great for those looking to cut out the fluff and get straight to amazing results.

Dale was one of the very first coaches at MTN Coaching and in the 4 years he’s been in the fitness industry his level of progress with his career and clients has been second to none. His passion for helping clients deal with their mentality alongside improving on their own health and fitness is why so many clients choose to work with him. Alex specialises in helping create that “summer body” look. He’s worked with 100’s of clients to help them achieve a new found level of confidence in their physiques. He loves to work with clients looking to gain muscle as this was an area in the past he too struggled with. Alex will help you achieve amazing results and do his best job to make sure you enjoy the process too.

With his 8 years experience Lewis has established himself as the best coach possible for those with crazy busy lives. With Lewis having 2 young children under 5 years old, he knows firsthand the struggles some clients face when it comes to balancing family, work and fitness. Having achieved the best physique of his life in 2020, he wants to show others how you really can “have it all“.

Heathers bubbly personality is a great fit for so many clients. This, coupled with her amazing attention to detail when it comes to exercise form is a recipe for success. Alongside this her passion surrounding helping women to better understand and deal with their menstrual cycle around training and nutrition is why so many clients pick to work with Heather.

Roy has been coaching clients for over 7 years now and comes with a wealth of experience on all things training, nutrition and making progress surrounding injuries. His intelligent programming and realistic expectations with his clients make for some amazing results but also relationships being built with his clients.
