We match you with a coach that fits your goals, lifestyle, and experience. They’ll then build a fully tailored roadmap across training, nutrition, habits, and mindset and guide you through it every single week.

The Growth Project — Build Before You Cut

The Growth Project is our 16-week muscle-building and mindset reset program designed to help you get strong, confident, and mentally locked in before your next fat loss phase. We run this once per year and spaces are very limited.

If you’re someone who’s spent too long stuck in diet mode… or you’ve never committed to a full-on strength and performance phase before… this is your chance to change the game.

You’ll be coached by our team across training, food, mindset, and performance. Plus, you’ll be part of a tight-knit crew all moving toward the same goal: growth.

What’s Included:

  • 16-week training program inside the MTN App

  • Starting nutrition targets for calories, protein, and steps

  • Access to Growth Project chat for support & accountability

  • Weekly educational content covering mindset, strength, recovery & more

  • Bi-weekly accountability touch-points from your coach

  • Optional weekend meet-ups and technique workshops

12 Week Peak - The Ultimate Transformation

This is our most well-known program and for good reason.

The 12 Week Peak runs once a year, and it brings together hundreds of MTN clients from across the UK for one shared mission: go all in.

It’s fast-paced, results-focused, and fully loaded with expert coaching, community momentum, and weekly challenges that push you to unlock your best ever shape.

Whether you’re coming off a long winter, looking to prep for a photoshoot or simply want the to achieve the best transformation of your life - this is for you!

What’s Included:

  • Starting targets for calories, protein, steps & cardio

  • 12-week program inside the MTN App

  • Weekly check-ins with an MTN Coach
