WHAT IS THE FAT LOSS PROJECT?

The Fat Loss Project is an 8 week online coaching programme. We will guide you through every step of the way for your fat loss journey. From setting up your calorie goals, a choice of training plans (both home and gym based) and daily accountability. We’ll email you every day throughout your FLP journey as well as in-app messaging.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FAT LOSS PROJECT?

We pride ourselves not only on results but on education. We provide you with the nutrition and training plans needed to achieve phenomenal results like the ones you see below. But we also provide you with ongoing daily coaching emails to educate, inspire and motivate you every step of the way on your fat loss journey. As well as exclusive access to our app, meal plans, in-app messaging, weekly video coaching and much more on the inside.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Upon signing up you’ll receive a questionnaire so that we can learn more about you. This is where you’ll select your training plan. Thereafter we will onboard you to our app and program your workouts. Your official Fat Loss Project journey will begin on the Monday following your purchase. Your program will last for 8 weeks and we’ll keep regular contact throughout on both email and our in-app messaging.
