It’s run similarly to the Fat Loss Project with weekly coaching emails and access to our amazing ebooks that cover everything from setting up your calories for muscle building, adjusting your calories along the way, how to gain muscle with minimal fat gain and of course the 8 week training programme that’s helped 100’s of males and females add lean muscle.

You’ll receive a nutrition ebook with diet templates included, your 8 week training plan, an accountability tracker to monitor every step of the process along the way and weekly coaching emails to educate, inspire and keep you motivated for the 2 month programme.
