WHAT IS THE GROWTH PROJECT?

The Growth Project is an 10 week muscle building program. We not only focus on building muscle, but on building your mindset too. We’ve taken everything we know about personal development and physique development and created the Growth Project.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GROWTH PROJECT?

Upon signing up you’ll receive everything you need to know to set up your calories and macros. Alongside this you’ll get a variety of meal templates to get you started right away. You’ll gain access to our MTN Coaching App where your workouts are delivered. Within the app you’ll have the choice of a strength based program or a muscle building based program. You’ll get email coaching x3 weekly covering all things muscle building, personal development and more. We’ll message you regularly with our coaching app to ensure you’re on track. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Upon signing up you’ll receive a questionnaire so that we can learn more about you. This is where you’ll select your training plan. Thereafter we will onboard you to our app and program your workouts. Your official Growth Project journey will begin on the Monday following your purchase. Your program will last for 10 weeks and we’ll keep regular contact throughout on both email and in-app messaging.
